2. What we collect, and why

Order details — name, email, phone number and delivery address — collected when you check out, used to process and deliver your order and to send order-related messages.
Order history — what you bought and when — kept for accounting, warranty and consumer-law purposes.
Payment information — handled entirely by our payment gateway. We never receive or store your card number. We store only a payment reference and status.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We collect only what is needed to run the store.

3. Sharing

Order information is shared only with the parties needed to fulfil it: our payment gateway (to process payment), our courier (name, address, phone — to deliver), and service providers that host our systems. Each processes your information only for that purpose.

4. Storage & security

Order data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure with access limited to store administration. Connections to the store are encrypted (HTTPS). We keep order records for as long as required for tax, accounting and warranty obligations, after which they may be deleted or anonymised.

5. Your rights under POPIA

Request access to the personal information we hold about you;
Request correction of inaccurate information;
Request deletion where we are not legally required to retain it;
Object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa) — inforegulator.org.za.

6. Cookies

The store itself does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Your cart lives in your browser session only. Our payment gateway may set cookies on its own pages during checkout, governed by its own policy.
