Shipping Policy

1. Where we deliver

We deliver door-to-door anywhere in South Africa via [COURIER PARTNER, e.g. The Courier Guy / Aramex]. We do not currently ship internationally.

2. Cost

• Orders of R1 500 or more — free delivery.
• Orders under R1 500 — flat rate of R99.

3. Timeframes

Orders confirmed before [e.g. 12:00] on a business day are dispatched the same or next business day. Typical delivery: [e.g. 1–3] business days to major centres, [e.g. 3–5] business days to regional areas. These are estimates, not guarantees; we'll keep you informed of delays.

4. Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

5. Receiving your order

Please inspect the parcel on delivery. If packaging is visibly damaged, note it with the driver and contact us within 48 hours — this makes courier claims much smoother. Someone must be available at the delivery address to sign for high-value items.
