Returns & Refunds
1. 7-day cooling-off (change of mind)
Under section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, you may cancel an online purchase within 7 days of delivery without giving a reason. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging with all accessories and seals intact. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once we receive and inspect it, we refund the full purchase price within a reasonable period, and at most 30 days.
2. Defective items (6-month warranty)
Under the Consumer Protection Act, all goods carry an implied 6-month warranty. If an item is defective within 6 months of delivery, you may choose a repair, replacement, or full refund — the choice is yours. Return shipping for defective items is at our cost. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised repair, or normal wear.
3. Manufacturer warranties
Many products carry a manufacturer's warranty beyond 6 months (commonly 12–24 months on phones). Where applicable, we will assist you in lodging the claim with the manufacturer or their local distributor.
4. How to start a return
- Contact us via the Contact page with your order number and the reason for return.
- We'll confirm the return address and, for defective items, arrange collection.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected — typically within [e.g. 7–10] business days of inspection.
5. Items that cannot be returned for change of mind
- Items with broken hygiene seals (e.g. in-ear earphones) — defect claims still apply;
- Software, vouchers or digital licences once redeemed;
- Items damaged after delivery through misuse.
