1. Who we are

2. Products & pricing

All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We take care to keep pricing and product information accurate; if a pricing error occurs on an order you have placed, we will contact you with the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

3. Orders & payment

An order becomes binding when payment is confirmed by our payment provider. Payment is processed by a third-party gateway — we never see or store your card details. We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or fraud is suspected; any amounts already paid on a cancelled order are refunded in full.

4. Delivery

Delivery works as described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Returns, cooling-off & warranty

Your rights under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (7-day cooling-off) and the Consumer Protection Act (6-month warranty on defective goods) are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under South African consumer law.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
